Door lock won’t manually lock
I’ve been having issues with my door locks recently. At first the passenger and driver door wouldn’t unlock or lock with the fob or door buttons so I figured it was the relays. Soon after the passenger door lock stopped locking all together. Even if you push on the lock itself that’s behind the handle it won’t lock. Finally took everything apart today figuring it was a mechanical issue but I still can’t figure it out. Any help would be appreciated

Here is a picture of the lock. The bottom piece of metal with the orange ring attached is what attaches to the lock rod and it will not move. It appears to be held in place by the white piece of plastic that it sits in
