Default China knockoff diff mount. Any experience?

I've noticed that "HPI style" diff mounts are now available on e-bay, concept copied and made in China at fractions of the cost. Has anyone tried this knockoff product?

Even the HPI mount is pretty cheap, are we sure that isn't made in Chy-nah too? But that knockoff sure is tempting at $120. Might not even be mad if it broke.

AMT dbl barrel mount is the better choice.
I hate being political, but rewarding China is something I like to avoid when I can.

BTW you break that mount and you may not be upset about it but your Diff and Transmission might be a different story

I partly agree with you, and I try to stay away from China-products when possible. Some parts are simply too expensive. Due to a very poor exchange rate to USD (50% more expensive in 2 years), when shipping and import taxes are added, the AMT double barrel mount is Playstation 5 money in Norway.

Didn’t catch the Norway part.
That sucks, but maybe someone has a used one here.
