Headlight Issues
So i've had this happen to me 3 times now I turn on my headlights passenger side doesn't go up at all and the driver side goes up then down and back up with the headlight off. No grinding in the gears at all in the motors. They both turn by hand very easy to manualy move the headlight up and down. Not sure if I need new motors for them or what the heck is going on. Makes me a little nervious taking it out when I won't get home till after dark. Any ideas what this could be?

Maybe the headlight control module. Check all the connections first. You can also try to repair yours, by re-soldering some points. Skip to the 6 min mark in this video, the Firebird control module is very similar to the C5; actually shared on a few year models.
