If you're referring to the harmonic balancer bolt? Absolutely not. The factory bolt is torque to yield and is designed to stretch to gain its clamping force. SOME people do re-use TTY fasteners, but this is not correct and I would hate to be on the receiving end of that hack job if your balancer wiggles itself loose and damages the steering rack directly in front of it.
Buy an ARP bolt or one from Scoggin Dickey to get a non-TTY fastener to use if you are concerned about it being removed again in the future.

If you are talking about the clamp that binds the internal splines of the flexplate/flywheel to the outer splines of the torque tube input shaft, yes, they're reusable. If you mean the OEM harmonic balancer bolt, no. Please define hub!! Never heard of either of the things Stingroo or I described called a hub........
