Oil pan leaking again.

and on track cars multiple times.For the OP the leak maybe from higher in the motor.. Bolts or the threads in the block may also be a problem. Just because it isn't TTY doesn't mean a bolt can't be stretched or threads damaged.
We use a torque wrench on everything mentioned.

This guy is posting crap info... everything I learned about C5s 20 years ago I learned from ls1howto dot com. It has a fantastic tutorial with pics and torque specs for working on these cars, but I don't think he ever takes the oil pan off. I've assembled multiple LS1s and use the FSMs. I never reuse any TTY bolts, but this guy doesn't know what he's talking about.
