Default Tire Size 18/19

Purpose is just daily driving street use set of tires for a 18/19 set of wheels.
The car is lowered considerably with aftermarket bolts and I'd like to match the tire/rim profile front to back as close as I can.
I really don't want to go any wider on the rear due to fender clearance on a lowered car so the rear tire (if a 26" 7/8" isn't too tall) 285 35 19 sets the size for the fronts
Wheels: 18x9.5 fronts - 19x10.5 rears
Due to the diameter matching and width size of tires I'm looking at are;

255 40 18 26" 1/16"
285 35 19 26" 14/16"

Anybody ran this or something similar?
Thanks for any replies

I run those same size wheels, not sure about your offsets. My car isn’t lowered. I like the body of the car in one piece and not pieces or scuffed/ scratched.
I run
275 35 front. +50 offset
305 30 rear. +54 offset

no rubbing/ fit is fine.

The wheels are
18x9.5 +56
19x10.5 +65

275/35/18 is shorter -11mm (-.43") < 255/40/18
305/30/19 is shorter -24mm.(-.94") < 285/35/19

But: 255/40/18 is sized right (.82" shorter ) with 285/35/19
