Default How to remove the door panel access plug? My Window is stuck

The small black plastic piece on each door? they're super glued in it seems. Do i just rip it out?

I have to remove it in order to try the hammer trick to fix my frozen stuck window.

Best way is a plastic pry tool to lift up the edge and then they will pop out. They should NOT be glued-

They are supposed to pop out.
Often they are broken (missing the ears) and the previous owner may have glued it back in place.

that's what I did. IIRC cheap replacements are available on Ebay. Otherwise, glue it back in

If it is glued, then you might want to try a little heat to soften up the glue (won't work on all glues) and pry it out carefully. You can get news one from Mark @VetteNuts
