Default Weird ABS wheel speed issue

I recently purchased a 2003 z06 which had an ABS light related to a wheel speed sensor. The ABS light would come on at 34 mph with wheel speed sensors code from the front wheels. I opened up the EBCM and soldered the points as described and there was no change. I changed out the front wheel hub assemblies with new Timken brand ones and this now made the ABS light come on around 51-54 mph. I then changed the rear hubs with Timkens and also changed all the shocks to C6 Z06 shocks on all 4 corners, no change. The light always goes away when I shut the car off and now comes on around 54ish mph. No idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.
