2002 corvette convertible
I am new to this sight bought 2002 convertible had been sitting for some time has all of the following problems which I think may be related: service abs and traction lights up a minute after starting, both power seats inop all functions, telescopic steering column inop, horn blows all the time. With new fully charged battery. Turn signals inop work some times usually dont hazard lights flash ok Any suggestions? It is high mileage car but in great shape runs, brakes and shifts good.

A "charged" battery isn't necessarily a good battery. Have it tested. Step 2 is disconnect the battery if it tests good for 30 minuted. Step 3 check the fuses for the seats. It's odd that both quit working. Look in both fuse boxes for any blown fuses for items that aren't working. I'm a big fan of Occam's razor........
