installed the four seasons a/c kit (compressor, dryer, filter,O rings new oil) had freon done at a good shop and everything is great now. I believe my original compressor is the factory one. it looked like the seals were gone as it looked a christmas tree when the uv light was on it. I like to have a winter project or two and would like to reseal this compressor just for kicks. my problem is knowing how to identify this compressor in order to get the right seals. the numbers are Delphi, Harrison thermo systems, part number 1137008, with the number 7008 in a couple places. I would like to be able to tell the parts people what I have. original compressor turns and feels good. identify as in how many vanes and so on. thanks very much.
Based on your description, you have an OEM V7 compressor.
You will need some specialized tools to remove the clutch, pulley, and lip seal. To install, you will need a shaft lip seal guide/protector. The pulley is a press fit so you will need a press.
Kent Moore sold the tools years ago. I don't know if Harbor Freight has lower cost copies.

Congratulations! If you would, take a moment to update your A/C problem threads with what your final corrective actions were, so that future searchers with similar symptoms have a guide of what worked for you.
thanks for the reply redzg. started this ac post on 4/23, then 2 more on 5/23, then two more on 5/24,then 5/25 with 2 more on 6/6. i'll try to remember some of it right now. started last year with needing freon every 2 weeks. uv light showed massive leak at the compressor. got a 4 seasons ac kit from rock auto in late 2023. installed the kit in june. had a shop check for leaks and recharged it. works as it should now. looked like the compressor leaked at the sealing halves. on initial start-up the drivers side still blowed hot. removed fuse 27 (pretty sure that was the one) from passenger floor board and waited about 1/2 hour. reinstalled, turned ign. on for about another 1/2 hour. seems like the door recalibrated itself and now everything good. there's probably some i forgot but thats it in a nutshell. thanks again for the reply. btw the compressor can be removed without removing the water pump.
My compressor was leaking at the two o rings that seal the compressor housing and I didn’t want to give up my original Delphi compressor because of a few bad o rings so I rebuilt the compressor with new seals. System takes PAG 150 oil. Be sure to use mineral oil on all seals during reassembly. AC compressor seals listed below and are available at Auto Zone. I also listed the shaft seal installation kit I used from Amazon. As bookyoh said you will need it to install the seal to avoid tearing the seal when you slide it onto the shaft. bookyoh was an engineer that worked on the launch of these V7 compressors. He knows his stuff and you can trust what he says.
Midwesr1994200 thank you very much for the info. I to like to retain the original equipment when possible. have a Four Seasons kit now and everything good so far. have had a few conversations with bookyoh via forum and agree with you. will be a good winter project for me. thanks again
