Red Gump,

02 Sensors don't come with the FLP Long Tube Header System, but the X-Pipe does. You will have to reinstall the stock 02 sensors after you install the headers (or buy new ones if you like - around $90.00 (+) each - you'll need 4 each - 2 front and 2 rear of the CATs). Plus it's not a "one fits all" deal. The front two sensors are different than the two rear sensors. And yes, you need the 02 sensors (your Vette won't run without them).

The X-Pipe is a different story. You don't have to run the X-Pipe if you don't want, but you'll have to cut your stock exhaust system somewhere behind the stock CATs if you reuse it. Before you cut your stock pipes install the FLP Exhaust extention that conects to the rear of the High Flow CATs. Then mesure where you'll need to make your cut.

After you have installed the FLP exhaust pipe extentions that come with the system (they conects to the "Out End" of the High Flow CATs). You maybe able to use the exhaust pipe clamps to conect the FLP pipes to your stock pipes, but I don't know for sure about that). Bottem line, it's a lot easier if you use the complete FLP Header System.

I know this was a little drawn out, but I hope it helps answer your questions.
