Actually this can come under dealer prep and or warranty. In the past, I have made verbal agreements with the sales person as a condition of sale. I have done this with the last 4 Toyota Landcruisers I have purchased. I also did this with the Corvette, BUT did not insist on a printout for the sales person assured me the alignment was within specifications.
Since the range of the specifications for the Corvette is wider and also contain more adjustments, it is good to start off with a baseline to maximize tire wear. (Corvette tires can cost from 2-3 times a Toyota Landcruiser tire, Michelin LTX)
