Default Weird AC issue

So I have searched and searched and can't see where anyone had this issue. Car has the electronic dual mode control. AC on the drivers side gets warm while driving but works fine when stopped. Tried reseting the system by pulling the fuses and that didn't work. Had the typical codes after doing that and cleared those. Is the blend door itself broken or is the actuator bad or could the whole module be bad? Car is 2004 with 160k on it.

The actuators are electrically controlled and vacuum operated. Try different positions, def, floor, dash to see if the air flow changes.

You should start by seeing if you have any HVAC trouble codes before diagnosing this…temp control are the actuators and air distribution is vacuum.

Check your Freon, many a corvette owner has had this problem and it was simply that the ac system was low.
