LS1 Heads
I was wondering if any one has done any head work or aftermarket head replacement for an LS1 motor. I have a 1997 Corvette and I was just wondering if replacing the heads with aftermarket. If so, what brand or using factory heads and having some work done to them? Any thoughts and thank you

You can have your heads CNC ported, or find a "Core" set. I have a set of 1998 heads with about 50K miles on them, PM if interested:

Or you can just buy a brand new set of heads/Springs/valves. These look to finally be in stock now. I probably would have just ordered these, but were not available or even offered when I put heads/cam/headers on my car.

I've had good luck with the "Stage IV" Texas Speed "low Lift" Cam kit I ordered. 431 rwhp/400 tq when I had it tuned.

Many choices for head/cam swaps. Do your research as to what works.
Its a lot of work, but very doable if you are mechanically inclined.
