Coolant Temps dropping and RPM's bouncing
2002 manual. My coolant temps are all over the place and the car will jerk and rev while this happens. Only codes are for O2 sensors because of long tubes, and a bad actuator from the HVAC. occasional HO2S codes for rich or lean running as well. Anybody else experience this or know what I can do to remedy?

Things to check:
1. Coolant temperature sensor.
2. Wiring connector.
3. Chaffed or pinched wires.
