I would like to significantly increase the brightness of my taillights...I have tried the led lights (such as sylvania) that are available at local car parts stores but they are not improvements....anyone have any suggestions....

On my ‘00 and ‘03 I ran a set of LED Halo taillights - they were much brighter than the OEM lights and looked much better too. Pretty much blue and play with the exception of needing a hyper flash harness installed on the car. Various forum vendors sold the lights.
I'm surprised the new LEDs weren't much of an improvement. You should use red LEDs behind red lenses (versus white LEDs) or it will look pinkish. I upgraded to Vette Lights rear taillights with halos and they are bright. Feels like it brought the lighting technology forward about 30 years.

Here's a great comparison of the parking light output of the new infinity lights vs the laser lights
Even though the actual brake light output on the new infinity can't possibly compare with the laser lights, the new parking light design looks pretty bright!

I plan on going with these on mine as well you’ll have to post how you like them after they arrive!

Those look really nice! I'm going to have to keep these in mind.

I just installed a set of the smoked InfiRai tail lights from VetteLights. I had been running their smoked Laser LED tails for the past few years. My initial review is that I like the InfiRai LED mirror effect more than the Laser LEDs when the driving lights are turned at dusk or when driving at night. However, I like the brake lights of the Laser LEDs more as they illuminate the entire tail light and are brighter both in the daytime and while driving at night. The InfiRai Smoked LED halos are only slightly brighter when you press on the brakes. When driving at night and stopping at the stop sign on the corner of our street, I used to be able to see the trees in my rear view mirror light up from the brake lights of the Smoked Laser LEDs, however not as much now with the Smoked InfiRai LEDs as the center mirror effects section does not illuminate, it only reflects the Halo LEDs.
I will be interested to see if the Infinity LEDs have brighter brake lights than the InfiRai LEDs.

Hey, do you or anybody have pictures of the INFIRAI lights in the daytime when they’re not illuminated too? So i see that vette lights has 2 different dark options for INFIRAI tails . One option says Tinted and the other says smoked. Which you would think are like the same thing but it looks like the smoked option is almost blacked out. So the tinted option is what im trying to find better pics of to get a good idea of how light/dark of a tint it is. I dont think the super blacked out look would look right on my black Vette and i dont want to spend 500$ to get it and find that its to dark for the look that im shooting for. Ive seen the g3’s smoked and in person and they weren't too dark looking so i really like them. But the INFIRAI lights are pretty bad looking too, just x2 the price
