Tq Tube
Has anyone have any experience with using solid couplers or one solid and one poly or factory style ? Whats the good , bad to running them on a car that is only driven on the street ? Thanks in advance.

plenty of discussion on those around here (search tool can even narrow it down to C5 sections, too)
short story is that if you're replacing rubber guibos with solid ones, you better make dang-sure that they're balanced & tight when it's put together... otherwise you can get driveline vibration.
replacing the entire driveshaft with one that don't use guibos tends to be smoother (but more expensive)

1 solid and 1 poly/rubber would just save the cost of a second poly/rubber coupler. I'm not sure there is much to be save though.
2 solid make sure the shaft runs true, it might need shims to achieve this.
