Loosing brake fluid
Suddenly started losing brake fluid and brake pressure. Have identified general area of fluid leak due to large drip stain area on pavement as 8 to 12 inches inside the automobile footprint left to right from the left rear wheel assembly. Location seems to suggest a rupture in the flexible brake fluid line between the rigid brake line and the wheel brake assembly or failure at seal connection between flexible and rigid lines. Will discover more when taken to the shop and lifted for inspection but reaching out to discover if any historical issues relating to 2004 C5 model and brake fluid leakage. All fluid lines both rigid and flexible are stainless steel...correct?
