Default Lock Ignition!!!

Key is lock how do i fix this. Ive seen a replacement on Amazon and i need to get it coded but i cannot remove it. Should i call a dealer or lock smith? Im in dallas tx

It will be cheaper to call a locksmith.

The automatic Ignition switch has a cable that goes to the shifter, I see the Ignition switch is removed, so should be easy to take it to a locksmith .
