Hi everyone, I'm posting because I'm looking at a 2004 manual Corvette for sale and during a test drive I noticed a shudder coming from the back end. I'm thinking it could be a bearing or something in the transmission. I have a video that plays the noise. Let me know what you all think. You can start to hear around 30 seconds and really hear it 0:45-2:00 minutes. Off the highway it seems to go away.
There are many adequately maintained unmodified C5s without obvious issues available for sale. Unless the seller discloses what the problem is, and is and is willing to sell it for an enormous discount you should look for another car.
