I just rebuilt my TT and have replaced my front input shaft once already for this job.. Am i freaking out, or is this much wobble okay once its in the car? Link below for video of wobble. Just need to know what to do.. Thanks.

Thats ***'ed .007 to .010 is max, if that, your is around .125 run out.

There are only two runout inspections in the service manual:
1) for the propeller shaft
2) for the snubber
Given that the input shaft is only supported by one bearing, and connected to the coupler, you can't rely on this observation for anything. If you really wanted to evaluate the input shaft, it should have done it while disassembled.

Yup ur right. i did mine when it was off. didn't even think of it still in the TT.. The numbers that i stated were pre RKT. Trans. That's when i was having issues with mine figuring out the max run out.
