1997 Corvette alternator issue
Will a faulty alternator cause my car to want to die when idling or die completely when idling. I got headers and a big cam And I've had trouble with my car idling after it is warmed up. My tuner was just telling me that he believes the alternator is dragging the motor down when starting it up when it's hot and causing the car to die. So they want to send the alternator out and get it rebuilt. Any thoughts about this would be appreciated. Thank you
