I am not good with wiring what would be the best way to do that?
I took the test light and went from the negative on the drl lamp socket to the negative on the battery and it did not light up, but if the turn signal runs off the same ground and it works than how would the ground be bad for drl?
It wouldn't.
Are you getting power to the socket? If not, get out your wiring diagram and find out where your power stops.
the only thing that doesn't work is the drl on driver side i have the turn signal and parking lights. I looked at the codes and i have b0502 b0503 b0507 b0508 there all for the drl on both sides. I'm thinking it might be my bcm i checked all the grounds in the engine bay and they were all good.

The fuse has to be good because the right DRL is working.
The wiring has to be good because you have parking and turn signal
I swapped the relays cause I know the one for the right drl is good and it didn't change anything.
No model/year info in your sig by the way.
A few things you can do to isolate:
1) Check for a ground from the BCM at the relay socket when the DRLs are on (there is a diagram on the relay)
2) Check continuity between the relay socket and BCM connector C3 pin A7 (connector unplugged from BCM) Best to disconnect battery first.
3) Ground C3 pin A7 (backprobe. connector in BCM), the relay should close, and the left DRL turns on

There is a pretty extensive troubleshooting chart in your service manual related to these codes. Have you followed it?
Here are the B0502 pages for a 2000 model, no idea if yours is the same or not. And note the BCM GROUNDS the circuit so if your ground point for the BCM is different than your ground point for the other functions then it could still be a bad ground.
If you need screenshots of other pages I can post them but again, these may be different on your car.

...except the info provided to you by Dads2kconvertible is for the passenger DRL, and your problem is on the drivers DRL.
I provided specifics for the driver side. Good luck.
