Default Wheel offset/tire fitment recommendations

Looking to upgrade to forged wheels with 19in setup but not sure what I can fit.

Currently running:
Front: 17x9.5 +54 offset W/ 265/40R17
Rear: 18x10.5 +58 offset W/ 305/35R18

Looking at moving to 19 all around, 10 wide up front, and 11 wide in the rear.
Hoping 275/30R19 and 305/30R19 will fit similarly, but no idea if I can get away with the same offset. (Offset opinions would be greatly appreciated)

Also, running R888 now and disappointed to see they discontinued them. Have heard R888r is worse in the rain and a little stiffer for straight line guys. Car is getting a blower and should make 600+whp soon so would love any tire recommendations to replace my R888s.

Thanks!

I'm running CCW 19x10 and 19x11 with Michelin Pilot Sports 275/30R19 and 305/30R19 on a 03 Z06 with no issues.

You need the same offset on a 10.5 inch wide wheel in the back. I’m running a set of wheels from tire rack and the rear pokes like 1/8 inch, can’t even notice it unless you’re looking for poke. I believe my offset is 54 or 55, my front offset is 50

275 35 18 front
305 30 19 rear.

With a 19x10 front, I would go with an offset in the +56 to +60 range. On the rear, a 19x11 with +55 to +58 offset will work fine with a 305/30/19 tire
