Default Gas fumes - need help!

Looking for some help. About a month ago my 2004 filled my garage with gas fumes. Nothing on the floor. Took it to local Chevy dealer, here is there comments: found fuel leak around crossover tube and found fuel pump has fuel saturation at drivers tank. replaced both side fuel tank seals for crossover tube. replaced driver's side fuel pump. found pump had small cracks in plastics. found fuel cap also not sealing properly. System holding pressures at this time.

Well, brought the car home and it sat for a few weeks while we were out of town. Came home, all is well - no smell!!!!. Car had 1/4 tank filled with gas. Took the car out, decided to fill it up. Came home, soon after garage full of gas smell again... Decided to do a test, drove the car below 1/2 tank, came home and it sat overnight in garage... no smell. Today, I then filled up to 3/4 tank, brought it home and sure enough it filled the garage with fumes... what the heck????? I paid the dealership $3k to fix the car and I still have the problem. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!!!!!

Do I understand correctly that the dealership did repairs to the system, and never tested the fix with full tanks of fuel?

You are correct. They "performed" the repair but never tested with a full tank of gas. So... they didn't fix the problem.
