Headlight Problems
Started having a problem with my headlights last night, and I was assuming it was the Multi-Function switch, but now I am not sure.
Last night, pushed the MFS to switch to high beams, and immediately lost all headlights. I can pull back and hold the 'flash to pass', and high beams work. When I turned off the headlights, the doors closed, and would not open.
This morning, I just kind of started 'poking around', basically just looking for anything that seemed obvious. Didn't find anything, but I did mess with the switch, checked the connectors, etc. And ... they started working! Great!
But then, I flipped to high beam, and same issue. No lights, flash to pass still works, and when I shut the lights off, now nothing.
Does this still sound like a MFS problem, or is there a circuit breaker that could be tripped by engaging the high beams?
EDIT: Thought I should mention the car does have VetteLights turn signals, with Hyper Flash harness. Stock headlights.
2004 Base Automatic, no twilight sentinel.
