I'm assembling parts to relocate the oil pressure sensor, remove the AIR system, and replace the various intake gaskets and knock sensors on my 2003 roadster (34,000 miles, 13,000 added in the 14 months I've owned it.). Once the intake manifold is removed, would I also have sufficient access to add a clutch remote bleeder? If so, any recommendations for kits?
Tick's kit requires some sort of custom welded-up wrench, or dropping the torque tube. The crush washer design also makes it more likely that it leaks and you need to re-do it until it seals.
Katech's kit is more expensive, and the fitting going into the slave cylinder is tall enough to use a pass-through ratchet or other slightly weird but available wrench. It's still not a fun install, but it does not require dropping the drivetrain.
