LMC5 Fail?

LMC5 Fail?
I installed a LMC5 from Compliance Parts less than a year ago and today got the message “pull key wait 10 seconds”. This happened after cleaning the car (with waterless car wash) and it died twice pulling back into the garage. The car was driven today about 60 miles but was not on the battery tender the last few days. I have not heard of the LMC5 failing before. Any ideas what may have caused this? It happened late this evening and I haven’t looked into anything yet, nor have I contacted Compliance Parts yet for any clues. Thank you in advance for any suggestions. Save the wave.👋

I don't have the LMC5 installed, I have the original CLB from way back when that was the only option. I had my fuel cutoff reset to 200 mph instead of the GM fix of 2 mph. That way if it does fail again, I can at least drive it until I get the issue figured out. You'll need to tuner if you want to do that part. The 2 mph was part of the GM's fix since the column didn't lock anymore.
