My car is revving up to 2k-3k RPMs after I press the throttle and stays there until I rev the car really good. It also has a high idle. I have done the 5v test on the EBCM as well as checked the grounding and all was good there. I found my LF abs harness was cut so I swapped that out. I have swapped the TPS and APP sensor as well. I have seen on here that when people get that code it throws their cars in lint mode but mine instead is going into crazy mode, so I feel like this code is being triggered by something else. The only other thing I've swapped out is the air intake and air bridge but because I thought that maybe there was a vacuum leak somewhere causing the throttle to stay open, I switched to the old air bridge, but it is still doing it. I also found that a rat had chewed my APP circuit 1 and 2 wires, so I soldered them back together. I feel like I've done so much research on this problem and so much testing and fixing and I've gotten nowhere. I'm about to drive this dumb car off a cliff.

Are you able to get someone with a scanner (like Tech2) to check the EBCTM and the PCM parameters ?
When the engine is idling the requested torque signal (5V) is approx 90% to the PCM .
These values and oscillioscope screendump is from my car .
Your Req Torq value seems to be way out since the DTC 1571 has been set .
A scanner view into your values may give some more info on where to go next
