You have to find the other end to know for sure. Have you checked for vacuum when the engine is running? Is your A.I.R. system still working/functional? Are all your vacuum related accessories working normally?

Ah, that makes sense. The A.I.R. system has been deleted.
Found the other end. It goes to the back of the intake manifold.
That would imply that the original rigid tube failed at some point, and someone installed rubber hose.....but the other end is plugged, so that would cause issues with your HVAC...air coming from all vents, etc.
...and you never answered the questions from 1 year ago....

AIR system is gone. HVAC didn’t work when the car was together.
What other vacuum related accessories were you referring to?
I know. That’s why I just added it then asked if there was anything else vacuum-related. I wasn’t being passive aggressive. I just worded it poorly. Sorry.
