Default RH Saddle Fuel Tank

2000 C5: Would anyone be able to explain how fuel gets form the passenger side saddle tank to the driver side one? I've seen some mentions of the passenger tank using pressure from the supply line but I'm not able to find where.

I'm planning on switching to a proper fuel rail & regulator setup for an aftermarket ECU swap. Current plan is to run the earlier fuel filter (non regulated) and use a -6AN adaptor on the output to run AN line up to a Y for the aftermarket fuel rails. External regulator up front after the rails and then the return line runs back to the existing return line near the filter. Key piece I'm missing is the RH fuel tank stuff.

Picture below is my current interpretation of the stock setup.

Thanks

This will give you basic operation, and yes, late 2003-04 has a different left pump/regulator, but the fuel transfer is the same.
