Just the kind of response I would expect from them. Costco is NOT going to tell you where they get their gas! You will need to ask people knowledgeable in the petroleum distillation and transport industry where Costco gets their gas. Alternatively, you could ask the person(s) in Costco who buys their gas. Good luck with that, though!
I assume it's not from any single producer; just whoever gets the contract each time they advertise for vendor(s), but I have no actual knowledge about where they get their gas.

I know it is certified "Top Tier" and a simple Google search provided this: "A: Costco buys fuel from major refineries and distributors in each area. All Kirkland Signature™ Fuel is guaranteed, just like the merchandise we sell inside the warehouse."
