I really need some help here.
I have a 2002 corvette and I’ve been trying to track this down for some time. My turn signals don’t work, and my tail lights don’t work, but my brake lights do.
My interior lights work when I open my door, but when I start the car they don’t work at all.
My headlights work.
Please help.

I had a similar problem with the tail lights on my 2002 Z06. I found that some roident had chewed through some of the wiring in the rear lights wiring harness. I pulled the rear lights and was able to reach in and repair the wiring.

Sounds like the hazard switch has failed but you can check fuse 15 in the IP fusebox. Do check fuse #6 in the IP fusebox though for the park lights and interior lights. You'll need a DMM to go further.

Try rapidly cycling your hazard switch a whole bunch of times and see if it changes ANY of your tail/brake light malfunctions.
If you check ANY fuses:
- Always remove and inspect the fuse. Look for corrosion, blackened fuse spades, loose fuse sockets in the fuse box and physically deformed or discolored fuse internals.
- There are two small metal terminals on top of each fuse. Use a multimeter to read each fuse test terminals to chassis ground. If the circuit is properly powered each test terminal will/should have FULL battery voltage to ground. If you have lower than actual battery voltage, there is a voltage drop somewhere.

Which interior lights dont function properly?
the speedometer lights don’t work, But the “MPH” light does. The hazard switch does not light up and neither does the the radio buttons, but the time and and temperature do.
To the LEFT of the cluster is a small round ****. If you push it, it will pop OUT. Turn the **** clockwise until it clicks. The interior lights should come on AND your dash illumination should be at max brightness.
NOTE/WARNING! Turn the **** CCW off the "click" or your interior lights will stay on all the time and kill the battery!
The dash lights and tail lights not working are two separate problems, the dash lights are illuminated by two black light bulbs that are powered by a converter power supply which might have failed.

Absolutely! All the numbers, letters, lines and background of the cluster stuff is Dayglow Paint that glows when exposed to black light.
The high voltage power supply uses 12vdc and inverts it to 700 vdc high frequency to light the two 4 inch florescent lamps on each side of the cluster. If you get on your knees and use a flashlight, you can look to the LEFT & RIGHT of the cluster and see the lamps.
The power supply usually burns out the two transistors that are used to create the AC frequency. Probably. because the capacitors in the circuit dry out and overload the transistors. You can pull the cluster and the power supply/inverter is on the back of the IPC in a metal box. The power supply is NOT available or sold separately so, salvage or for sale / wanted is your only resolve. A skilled electronics guy could most likely figure out a replacement transistor. (They are NOT LABLED with a manufactures part number)
I have a 2001 and you all have about confused me about the lights. I have no turn signal dash lights except "sometimes" and the same goes for the general dash lights. I do have headlights and taillights. Sometimes all the lights work for days, and then they don't. Help !!!

You'll benefit from starting your own thread.
Do you mean your turn signals work on the car but you get no turn signal indicators on the dash only?
When general dash lights are out, do any of the instruments work or is the whole thing dead?
Have you moved your brightness control all the way in any direction and is it functional?
Have you pulled the codes?
