Why did you replace the line? Did you find a break? 40 plus?......sticking with the cm Hg scale? Are you using a hand pump, or just running the engine this whole time?

found a crack in the ine at firewall.
16 in/hg at start up
using the engine, no hand pump.

Where could it be leaking from? Vacuum Canister?
Goes from the vacuum source at fender 20.4 in/hg to 16in/hg.
