I did this measurement on my own car just few minutes ago and did it like this :
-First I disconnected my EBCTM connector
-Second I put my black and red leads together to verify the reading similar to zero ohm 0.2 ohm is perfect
Third I measured the resistance between GROUND and the Light Blue serial wire on the starconnector and got O.L. (infinte resistance=correct ) like this
At last I verified my zero readings again by putting my red lead on the groundpoint where my black lead is connected and got 0.5 ohm (correct).
This how I did it and the reading are correct . Why you get the 1.9 K ohm I have not any idea of .
Still trying to figure this out. The resistance is from star connector #1 to c102.
I have completely replaced the light blue wire from #1 star connector and c102 and still getting the same resistance 9.3
no battery and ebcm disconnected from harness
black and red leads together red 0.2
I checked all resistance for each wire on the #1 star connector completely solo from eachother and got
Lime green 6.03 M
White 143.9 K
Grey 161.3 K
Green O.L
blue 10.7K
orange O.L
blue with white strip O.L
Pink 5.25M
purple 4.07M
do any of these look off?
