Default New Ebcm still codes

I just paid $2,000 to have a fully rebuilt tested EBCM. Because when I bought 2001 vert with 99k miles the previous owner had tried to do the DIY fitx and completely drilled through the motherboard. Current codes that I'm getting on the DIC. It also just set in his garage for 2 years
Pcm p0650c p1571 H C TCS no commSdm U 1040 H C
I cleaned g101 104 108 109
all fuses look good
what could be still giving me a no communication on the TCS could we'll speed sensor be doing that?

Do you have a service manual? Do you have a test light and DMM? Can you read schematics? Cleaning grounds does not tell you there is a path to that ground.
What about ....G103? It is located underneath the brake booster on the frame rail.

First step is identifying you have the respective 12v and ground at the EBCM connector, as well as checking the resistance on the class 2 wire to star connector #1

For any “no comm” you want to check that modules powers and grounds…in your case the EBCM.

Sorry yes I also hit 103 underneath the brake booster as well so I was thinking the fact that there is no codes to the electronic brake control module means there was power and there wasn't an issue with it. It was something else.

Not sure where you got that impression.....P1571 is an EBCM code.

power to ebcm plug is 12.2-12.3 on igniton power and the a and g were 12.2.
don't have a hz reader will have one tomorrow to measure the requested torque signal

You should be checking fuse #52 and #5......

This is what you should have:

A -12v all times
B - Should be 12 v with ignition on
G - Is supposed to be a ground, not 12v
F - Ground
21 - Need to measure resistance of this contact with a long line to star connector #1

The P1571 is caused by the 5 volt supplied the PCM to the EBCTM is not toggled by the EBCM (wire problem , dead EBCTM or..
Someone with knowledge and proper equpiment should measure the signals from /to the EBCTM to get some facts on the table

The 5v fra PCM is toggeled with a duty of 89%on my oscilliscope when idling my car

When i used my multimeter i did A&g and b&f using g and F as a ground. A was all time b was ignition only
where can i get a star connector to measure with?

Ok. I would still know what the reistance to ground is at G and F. Call me crazy.

The star connectors are located to the left of the BCM. Two gray shorting connectors. Using the schematic below, you can see which one you will check based on the wire colors. You will have to remove the shorting plug to check the reistance using a long wire to the EBCM. You want the light blue wire. (edited)

dark blue wire with a white stripe is at 12.8 ohms at the star connector and 12.8 at the ebcm connector.

Also, my mistake. Should be the light blue wire contact E of star connector #1 to contact 21 on the EBCM connector. Post a pic of your setup please....

1) I do not understand back probing the star connector when the contact is readily available. Are you are on the light blue wire?

2) You show a blue wire connected to your meter lead probe, but I do not see the blue wire connected to anything in the pics....where does it go? I also see two different color meter leads being used?

3) I am unable to tell which socket you are in at the EBCM connector. From the pic point of view, it does not look like 21.

4) The resistance is too high. Example. My meter setup has 48" leads and I use a 10' long line......it measures between .2-.3 ohms. What is the resistance of your leads and setup only?

I redid the lines. The different colored line is just to make it long enough. Light blue to dmm to #21
Came out to 0.3

Thanks for confirming. A few things:

1) What is the resistance of your setup - take the probe out of the star connector, and wire out of the EBCM connector, and touch the two together. That will tell you what your setup resistance is.
2) Leaving the wire in #21 of the EBCM, take the probe in the star connector, and touch battery ground. What is that resistance to ground?

I think maybe the line was loose making it show that large resistance. I redid it and it came out to 0.3
