Default Electrical/ Hatch open HELP!!!

1998 C5, bought in August. Car is clean and for the most part has been problem free. Just trying to tighten in all up over winter. Please follow along here….

Someone prior to me bypassed the hatch open switch and put in a push button aftermarket switch. It all worked fine until I went to inspect/replace the RFA module. Checked the wires to the original RFA and checked the fuses, when I pulled the fuse cover the wire that powered the switch fell out of the fuse box. I put the wire back into the fuse box properly instead of the shitty way it was prior. Since then the hatch won’t pop. I have power to both sides of the aftermarket switch. One wire goes to the fuse box and one goes into a relay that is not located in the fuse box? I bought a new switch and still nothing. Plugged the old and the new RFA module I’m thinking maybe it completed a circuit and still nothing. Found some cut wires in the fuse box as well as some weird cylinder thing that says (optional-C5 w/sclr loop) with all but 1 wire capped off. Anyways… has anyone bypassed the Oem hatch switch? Is the relay it’s going to factory? I tried replacing the relay and still nothing. Any help would be great. Really don’t want to lose that function. I’ll add pictures of what I found.

Don’t know on your hatch button, but your photos are primarily of an lmc5 column lock bypass. I could be wrong, but I suspect some of the relay photos are associated with the lmc5. Been more than a minute since I installed mine.
