I am in need of bolts for the A/C system. I have tried finding them but have been unsuccessful. If anybody can help me identify them, that would be awesome.

I downloaded the PDF. I'll take a look after work. Looks like the part numbers were discontinued, I'll have to go to my gm dealership for either new parts numbers, or bolt measurements so I can pick them up from Home Depot.
Yes, the dealer can usually work the supersession path. By all means give that a try first.
Sometimes google can do that, but not always. The parts manual does generally tell us what bolts and nuts factually are, such as:
#3 is a M8-1.25X40, flange head bolt, partially threaded (22 threads)
#13, #19, and #21 are also M8-1.25X40, flange head, all thread, with a special point -- no idea if that is particularly important
#27 is a hex flange nut, M6-1.0X5
