Hello guys, I have a 04 C5, I was cleaning the throttle body and the MAF sensor and I saw a lot of oil on the intake, this after a clutch change (where they have to disassemble the intake), before this I haven't had any problem with oil on this part.
Are the hoses from the PCV system connected correctly? I couldn't find a picture or diagram like the one i'm posting.
(I know my engine bay is dirty!)
It looks like they reversed the hoses from your PCV. The hose from the valve cover should go to the throttle body, and the hose from the valley cover should go to the intake manifold.

Thank you guys! I knew something was really bad when the car started throwing white smoke from the exhaust! Do you recommend taking off the intake to clean it? or that oil will get burned on the cylinders eventually?
