Good afternoon all! i have a 2001 corvette, 6spd.
HCI, full exhaust. recently my AFR gauge started reading in the 8’s thought it was weird. smelled a lot of gas as well. sure enough i get home and the exhaust has white steam coming out smelling like gas, and raw fuel dripping onto the floor. additionally, my catch can smelled like fuel, and my dipstick has tons of fuel on it as well. i don’t have a tech 2.
some more information, i ran the car outside, and unplugged every injector, the car ran until i unplugged the last two. then it finally died.
only codes are for MAP, which has been there forever. additionally, even when the car is sitting overnight, before starting the car key in on position, the AFR gauge reads 8. seems as though there are some stuck injectors.

If you have that much fuel in the oil pan, I would not run the engine until you change the oil. You have to know what is going on with the MAP if you want to resolve this problem.
Check your Fuel pressure, I had a similar issue after replacing the Fuel filter in my 2000 FRC. The Fuel pressure regulator on the 99 and later were moved to the fuel filter. I installed an after market Fuel Filter and after a few days I realized it was running really rich. I checked the fuel pressure and it pegged my gauge at over 100 psi. I replaced the fuel filter and the issue was resolved. fuel pressure on the LS1 is appox 59 psi if I remember correctly.
