New tires on the way and want to get some new TPMS sensors as they weren’t working when I picked up the car.
anyone have a recommendation on a part number from rock auto? This is for a 2002. Looks like there are many shrader part numbers to choose from and I have no idea the differences between them.
I used the 20117 from rock auto they are like the factory, reset with a big magnet. I have cray scorpion wheels. I have no idea what the difference in the large grommet small grommet part number makes
Discount tire didn't seem to know how to get them to work but everything I read seems to suggest I only need to use a magnet for the relearn process. The problem is I have the replica c7 z06 wheels and there is not much room to put a round magnet around the stem. Any other suggestions to get the magnet process to work in limited space?

Nope, you need a triggering tool for that part number. Magnet will not work.
Hm - could be user error. I’ll keep trying. I get it into learn front L tire and then hold the damn thing near the sensor but against the tire. Wondering if the wheels are making it difficult.

Is there any other option?

Tried again and got it to work. Oddly enough, my car never honked at me at all, so I had to keep
Checking if it would move to the next tire. But now I can actually see my pressure.
