Turn indicator malfunction
I have a "Check Engine" light. It comes up as the "Turn Indicator Module". My turn indicators and hazard lights work, except that the speed of the blinking changes. It will blink at the normal speed for a while then slow down. After a minute, they go back to normal speed.
There is a "Hazard Switch and Flasher Module". Is that what needs to be replaced?

There is no “turn indicator module” and if there were it would not illuminate the check engine light…where did you read it and what was the code ??…ONLY things affecting the emissions of the car will illuminate it.

Lots of threads, instructions, and videos on YouTube. A quick google of “c5 corvette hazard replacement” yields many relevant results. Regardless of others that disagree, I do not support the 18 minute method — it’s a great way to break the mount points on the dash.
