Help: adding a subwoofer with stock Bose HU
Hello all,
I want to add a subwoofer to my car while keeping the stock head unit. Everyone recommends using the PAC unit for wiring it in, but it's no longer available.
What alternatives are there? Has anyone managed either using high level speaker inputs, or using a line output converter (LOC)? If so, please let me know where you tapped into the wires; from what I understand, the twiddler signals are a no-go, as they are higher frequencies only.
