Headlight help please
I just completed the install of both new headlight motors. I also added LED bulbs since I was in there along with new turn signal housings and LED’s.
When I turn the stalk to turn on the headlights, both headlights raise, and the bulbs illuminate. When I turn the headlights off, they will not close and the lights do not turn off. I have to manually close the headlights and unplug the harness to turn the headlights off. The other weird thing is that with everything unplugged, light stalk turned off, the interior chime is audible when I open the door (no keys in the ignition).
Any ideas? (Yes, I searched). Thanks in advance.

You are going to need one of these.

These are available from multiple vendors not just from the link above.
The other way is turn on you bright lights then turn off the lights. The electrical system does some weird things with the LED bulbs installed. I still have to turn on the brights sometimes and then turn off the headlights even with the harness.
