None.
Truth be told the ignition system on an LS1 is more advanced than just about anything else available prior to '97.
I think somebody would be hard pressed to make this system better and stay within a price people are willing to pay.

B&M has a box out for the LS1. Unless you are pushing over 800 rwhp, the stock ingination system is fine. A couple different tuners told me this when I asked them about the B&M box.
