Default P0463 Help troubleshoot please

Hi guys I need help solving my p0463 code issue.

fuel guage functioned below 40% capacity. After 40% so id say after 3/8th full and anything beyond it would show my fuel level but drop to empty and than back to the fuel level.

I ordered a new fuel pump / sending unit combo for driver side that will arrive next week.

however this is what I’ve done so far: sorry it’ll be lengthy

i Took apart my tank to attempt to clean my driver side fuel sender. I kick myself for not testing for ohms outside the vehicle at the connection. I didn’t know.
anyways. I replaced it with a different sender but bent the connections on accident and than tried my best to make them function somewhat? Idk.

i put it back together. Same fuel pump, different sender but used.

now, my guage wasn’t functioning good below 3/8th tank as before. From the 25 minutes of testing I did. Only starting and let it idle

i than proceeded to add a total of 11 gallons~. I tested ohms on driver side and after 245 ohms it went to OL. My guage wasn’t functioning correctly though. And after adding enough full that it went to the passenger side. I seen passenger side now have 60 ohms. I let it run and than disconnected the connectors both side and read the ohms.

during this testing my fuel guage never went above 3.5/8 capacity. Often showing empty etc

i noticed my fuel tank driver side sometimes would be 150 ohms while passenger was around the same.

It seems to me that my fuel tanks were dropping and fluctuating levels? Is that normal? Let’s say you add 11 gallons of gas right

shouldnt 9 gallons stay in the driver and 2 go to passenger and stay that way until you burn some from driver and than passenger drops while filling the driver?

why are my tanks fluctuating so much? Going to passenger side and then back etc

i think a new fuel pump w/ a new sender that is not messed with should fix the issue? Idk

i will attach 2 pictures. My c1 & c2 connectors

does everything loook fine? I tested with battery connected & key ON. Both c1 / c2 were unplugged from pcm

Currently While writing this my passenger side tank has 144 ohms and driver side as well has 144 ohms

i also just went back to check some connections on the c2 and some pins said OL. What the heck is going on.

whats the proper procedure to test the pins ?
I don’t fully understand the procedure

please if anyone can help. Thank you
