Electrical problem
I own a 1998 C5 Corvette 4 speed Auto 5.7 LS1 there's a electrical problem where I start it it runs perfectly fine, sounds healthy but if I shut it off it won't start again until I disconnect one of the terminals on the battery and reconnect it then it will start. It’s not the battery or alternator a lot was changed on it and the recent problem when I’m driving the security pops up on my dash. And all my lights flicker and the headlights move

Flickering lights are usually a ground issue…my advise is find an automotive electrical specialist in your area…if your electrical experience doesn't go beyond changing a fuse you will probably have little luck in this.
