I have been looking around quite a bit for a printable write up for dropping the drive train and replacing the clutch to have as a go-by in the garage for quick reference but it seems that they come and go every few years. Does anyone have one of these write ups with pictures that they could post or send to me?
I have searched pretty hard and every link I have found has come up dead or the photos are no good anymore.

Yep. Best write up you will find right here. No opinions. No missed steps, forgotten connectors, trashed wire harnesses, or damage. Just follow the steps. Best $200 you will spend for your car.
I'm currently in process of replacing the clutch. I chose to remove the rear cradle separately from the tranny/diff. It's just less to manage on the jack when taking the torque tube/tranny/diff out. Curious what year your vette is and which clutch you've selected. I struggled with the measurements of the throwout bearing gap. After reassembly, the gap came out a little less than desired. My measurements targeted 0.125", but it wound up being about 0.100". I did have to shim the slave cylinder for the clutch I selected.

I went with the ls7 clutch with ram aluminum flywheel setup from Texas drivetrain. Car is an 03Z. Removing the cradle first does look like it keeps things cleaner. Not sure what I'll do yet.
