Default EBCM (or not)

Hello again.
Struggling with an issue with my 03z, it started with once in a blue moon I would get a reduced power active handling error message, I would pull the EBCM connector and plug it back again and everything would go back to normal. recently it would pull out that trick too often so I decided to resolder the relay in the EBCM (the Fix!) and now reduced power is permanent, I never checked for codes up until now and I might have barked on the wrong tree here, the codes I get now are P1220, P1221 and P1278.
My EBCM is open in front of me and don`t want close it with rtv before I test it somehow. any ideas, maybe a way to test the relay in the EBCM before I close it permanently. I guess my problem has to do with the TPS or something like that.

If you haven't already done so, start checking all of your grounds.

No. The TPS sensor grounds are in the TAC. The EBCM grounds are at G103 and G108.

I know this is a long shot but this is what happened to me with the same reduced power. I called my mechanic friend and explained to him where I was and what happened and he said with cars that sit all winter like mine and are driven for pleasure off and on like mine that gunk builds up behind the throttle body blade. he said to clean it out. there was gunk there on mine and I cleaned it out and no more problems. it just builds up over time. maybe this will work.

I clean my MAF and throttle body every year, I do store it in winter but I race it summer time (autocross) so the car works,

it is definitely not a garage queen.
