LS1 / LS6 Intake Porting?
I received my new LS6 intake yesterday which will be part of my upcoming H/C swap. I am shocked this part is made out of plastic! Oh well..modern wonders never cease! How do some of the tuners "port" this plastic wonder to match their ported heads? Any one? :confused:

I used some heavy paper and made a template of the cylinder head ports. Overlayed that on the intake manifold and opened the port up to match. I than smoothed it up into the port 2-4 inches or so.
